Occupants destroy civil homes, hospitals, schools, preschools, bring suffering and death to Ukrainian streets.
At the international level, they fall under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, and this is where we will deliver the information we collect from you. Criminals must be held accountable for their actions!

We have considerable experience in monitoring political and electoral processes, and now, unfortunately, we are forced to go to war, like our whole country.
In a full-scale war, political condemnation or economic sanctions will not be enough to punish Russia's aggression. Its leaders must answer to a tribunal similar to the special military court in Nuremberg, organized after World War II.
Fair punishment and condemnation will help prevent aggressive neighborly policies in the long run. We all must record each bullet or missile sent targeted at schools, nursery, homes, hospitals, ambulances etc.
Prosecutor Karim A.A. Khan from the International Criminal Court has already started to investigate war crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine. He asks those who have any documented proof of crimes to send him the information at otp.informationdesk@icc-cpi.int in any language.
The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine and human rights organizations are also collecting the proof. However, this would be not enough, if at least one proof is not included in this lengthy trial.
That is why we decided to help the international community, human rights defenders and Ukrainian authorities.
